Thoughts and Opinion:Flaws Of The Juror B29,Trial

As you have all seen the interview of juror B29 with Robin Roberts. In the interview there were several questionable answers from juror B29.
First of all does she know what the difference is between manslaughter and murder. As she said in the interview "He got away with murder" and also said ,"But as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can't say he's guilty." I don't know if under Florida law manslaughter is when someone kills someone intentionally, but i do not think so.
The real definition of manslaughter is when there is absence of intentionally killing someone. For example: a drunk driver hits and kills a pedestrian. The driver will be charged with DWI and manslaughter. Manslaughter could mean you don't wake up that morning and say I am going to kill this person today. Then murder is when you plan it out and say you are going to kill this person intentionally.
Probably people are then saying it was self-defense,that is why Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin. Really?,Zimmerman was looking for trouble when he started following Trayvon Martin. How would it be self defense if Zimmerman followed Martin? Really?, Martin probably tried to get away from Zimmerman and when he couldn't, he might have banged Zimmerman against the concrete (as Zimmerman's lawyers said)which could have resulted in Zimmerman shooting Martin. Wouldn't you protect yourself if someone was following you? It could have been Martin that was the one in self defense, trying to get away from Zimmerman and trying to protect himself. I do not know why Zimmerman did not get the charge for manslaughter.
Why if DWI drunk drivers killed someone, the defense could say he didn't do it intentionally. Then he wouldn't be charged according to juror B29 because he didn't do it intentionally, really? That does not sound right at all. Exactly like this trial and what juror B29 said. Furthermore, everyone keeps referring that Zimmerman got away with murder, but really shouldn't it be manslaughter.
Another thing I find hard to believe is when juror B29 said,"I'm hurting as much as Trayvon Martin's mother because there's no way that any mother should feel that pain,". First of all how can you say that, it is more heart wrenching and devastating to a mother who lost a son, than juror giving a verdict in a trial. It is the worst thing for a mother who lost a son or any child. A juror cannot compare herself to a mother grieving for her son.

7 Things to Know Before A Surgery

Preparing before a surgery people can be nervous and outright stressful. A lot of people who are getting ready for a surgery all prepare in their own unique way. Preparation can go a long way in making sure that you are ready for your surgery, both mentally and physically. Certain injuries or infections can make recovery more difficult and lead to illness, stress and enormous costs. Also there are things you should do and know before going into surgery.Below are a few things you should know before a surgery.

1.Choose Your Surgeon, Surgical Facility and Time of Surgery

Fortunately, most patients have the opportunity to choose their surgeon and their hospital. You may also find out if your surgeon utilizes minimally invasive techniques and more advanced surgical methods, which can minimize the possibility of trauma to a patient's anatomy and result in a shorter hospital stay and more expedient recovery. Before surgery, you may request a list of dates and times available for surgery and schedule the procedure at the convenience of your family and work.

2. Ask a Lot of Questions
In the days leading up to your surgery, discuss all your health problems/concerns, medical history and home problems with your physician. Don't forget to mention all the medications, vitamins or herbal supplements you take.

3. Consider Monitoring to Avoid Potential Injury
It is important to know that there are different types of monitoring services available to patients, depending on their condition and the surgical procedure. Some patients with heart disease may benefit from cardio monitoring, while others may consider EEG monitoring to measure the effect of anesthetic medications during surgery. Patients who need to undergo neuro, spine, vascular, ENT or peripheral nerve surgery may request neuromonitoring to protect their nervous system and avoid serious complications that can accidentally arise during major procedures.

4. Get in Shape Before Surgery
The healthier you are going into surgery, the faster you will heal and get back on track.

5. It is Never Too Soon to Prepare for Your Post-Surgery Recovery
What you should do is prepare your home, eliminate clutter, get the bathroom ready, and order assistive devices and supplies, if necessary.

6. Make travel arrangements
You should determine how you will get to the hospital and back again.

7. Quit Smoking
If you smoke, quit. Patients who smoke are more likely to get infection and stopping smoking improves oxygen transfer to blood during surgery.

Become Fitter Faster

Many people think exercising for hours at length without stopping is the best way to become more fit, healthier, athletic, and skinnier. First of all this is not right at all. Exercising for hours at length can cause muscle strains or other injuries.

The best method of exercising is to exercise hard for short periods. This type of exercising method burns more calories and more resistance. In addition, in the long term if you are constant in exercising in a manner you are more likely to lose weight faster and be fitter. In addition, for all the athletes out there this can make you more explosive, stronger, and have longer resistance. There are many exercises out there but only some will correspond with this fast hard workout method. First, if you need persuading in pushing your limits when you work out, it will be best if you have someone else with you working out. Second now is the time to pick your exercises for your workout. Work from the top of your body to your legs in workouts, top to bottom. Have exercises ranging from med-ball workouts to cardio. Also to jumping on piles (you can have access to piles at a gym).If you do not have piles or access to them, use something you can jump on and off repeatedly. (It could be anything sturdy enough to hold your weight). Also use weights and do (with weights) squats, lunges, bicep curls, and jump squats. Find exercises to workout your core and upper body(for example: push ups and sit ups).Third step is to now make stations with different exercises (exercising stations)and let the stations be with 4-6 different exercises. You should time yourself 1-2 minutes each station and then go on to the next station until you are done with the 4-6 different exercising stations. Then you repeat 4-6 times, depending on how many exercising stations you have but you can also do more if you like. Do not do too much though because you do not want to over exert yourself in this method of exercising.

Also make a daily routine, ex: Mon-Thurs, and switch the exercises around so you are not doing too much of one thing. An easy way is to list each day and its exercises. Challenge yourself when it starts getting too easy for you. Depending on how consistent you are with your workouts and healthy eating habits, you could lose weight faster, run faster, become more explosive, jump higher, and become stronger and healthier. Go after your fitness goals!
