Great Energizing Smoothie Recipe

We all need energy sometimes to continue our day or have extra energy at the end of the day.The following smoothie provides energy and  recovery for whoever wants to drink it. This recipe was made from ingredients I researched that will provide me some natural energy and muscle recovery for after working out. After extensive research I concluded to the following smoothie recipe.Below you will find the ingredients.

Tropical Berry Energizer Smoothie

  • One banana
  • 3 whole slices of fresh pineapple
  • whole skinless apple
  • 4 strawberries
  • cranberry juice
  • 4 oranges or orange juice
  • 4 slices of fresh cantaloupe
